Ingredients

Approx 1/2kg
  • 200 gmflour
  • 125 gmveg.oil
  • 175 gmsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tbspcocoa
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/2 cuphot coffee (use one sachet)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients and sieve them.

  2. 2

    Mix the oil, eggs and vanilla essence and add to the dry ingredients

  3. 3

    Whisk well and then add your coffee and whisk till done

  4. 4

    Bake in a 6" tin at 150° for 90 mins
