Arbi ki Sabji

#goldenapron this dish is one of my favourite dish. Easy to make healthy to eat.
Steps

In a wok add oil and let it heat

Now after the wok is heated add in mustard seeds.

After the seeds crackle add in washed arbi.

Now after mixing arbi with oil add in haldi powder and mix well.

Now add in garam masala and mix properly.

Now add in salt and tomato powder and mix well

Cover and cook for 25 minutes and check it then.

It's done.Serve hot.
