Cooking Instructions

Break eggs into the cake mixer add the sugar and mix at low speed till light yellow and fluffy,

Add the oil while the mixer is still mixing gently sieve the flour and combine with all other dry ingredients then combine with the egg mixture using a spatula

When thoroughly combine add the carrot and vanilla flavor fold in pour into your greased and flour dusted baking pan. Ensure you place your baking paper at the bottom of your pan pour in your batter and put onto your 350 degrees preheated oven.
