Wash the Gawar with full of fresh water, now cut it in small pieces with hand. Don’t cut it with a knife as it can’t cook easily, early & it couldn’t give good taste also. So cut it with all relatives while gossiping.

Now keep the pan or pot on the gas pour oil in it, wait to heat it, add cumin’s, mustard seeds, curry leaves & wait to splutter it while spluttering add slowly Gawar by keeping the cover on the pot so that it couldn’t spread oil outside

Then stir it well & keep the lid on it to get steam. Now keep 1/4 lit water to boil on another gas, Give steam for subji for 15 minutes on slow gas. Add all ingredients that is Skutt, garam masala, chilli powder, salt, met Kut

Stir it again & again, keep the lid to get the stem for 5 minutes now open the lid & add hot water slowly, how much liquid you want in the subji?https://www.facebook.com/chhaya21/. Again keep the lid on it for a while & add jaggery into it. Now keep the gas off, spread coriander on it.
