Steps

Take a bowl add semolina with curd add salt,mix well,keep aside for 10 minutes

Heat a pan add ghee and mashed aloo add paneer and all masalas with chutney and salt,cook well,make aloo tikki from it

Heat a pan,spread batter put aloo tikki and spread batter over it again..cook golden brown from both side
- 4
Place from pan to plate serve with chutney, curd or sauce
