Rinse the sweet potatoes and cut it into round do not peel it

Peel the butternut and also cut into round and now place it on the casserole dish, also add sweet potatoes and drizzle with olive oil and add the ginger, cinnamon and turmeric spice mix with your hand and cover with foil then bake to 30-45 minutes

Once cooked the remove foil let it crisp a little bit in the oven then after switch it off. My dinner is served with chicken stew, cabbage, and my traditional recipe of isigwaqane mixture of sugar beans and maize meal (impuphu) they all enjoy dinner.
