Ingredients

1 bowlmoong daal (yellow daal) soak over night
1 And 1/2 bowl desi ghee / clarified butter
1 bowlsugar
1 glassmilk
As neededdry fruits cut in small pieces
as requiredWater

Steps

1

Firstly remove water from daal and grind it well
2

Now take a wok add ghee And grinded daal
3

When it colour becomes little brown add milk And food colour (optional) in it add sugar And mix well

Garnish with dry fruits and serve it hot
