Ingredients

  • 300 gmpaneer
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1green chilli
  • 1/2 tbspcumin seeds
  • 1 tbspgalric paste
  • 1 tbspginger paste
  • 1/2 tbspturmeric
  • 1/3 tbspred chilli pwder
  • 1/4 tbspgram masala
  • Salt as per ur taste
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil to hot pan. Than add cumin seeds

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste saute.

  3. 3

    Add onion and fry untill lightly transparent and golden

  4. 4

    Thn add chhoped tomatoes and turmeric fry until tomatoes turn soft

  5. 5

    Add red chilli pwder. Garam masala and salt saute thm

  6. 6

    Add paneer to pan and str and fry for 2 min.

  7. 7

    Paneer bhurji is ready. Serve paneer bhurji with roti
