Cut the strawberries in a saucepan along with 100 ml water and castor sugar

Over a medium heat, cook strawberries until soft enough to mash. Remove from heat and squash the strawberries using a fork until pulpy.

Add the marshmallows, then stir them into the strawberries until they dissolve.
Leave to cool - 4
Whip the cream and fold into the cooled strawberry mixture, spoon into bowls
Serve chilled and decorate as desired🍓
