Ingredients

15 -20 mins
10-12 piece
  • 2 cupgreen moong lentil soked for 3 hours
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 inchginger
  • 3-4garlic cloves
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1chilli chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • as neededOil for frying chilla
  • as neededCheese for garnishing

  1. 1

    Take soaked moong dal and put in grinder

    Add ginger, chilli and garlic in it and make a smooth paste.

    Add onion, chilli and salt in it

    Add water in it if needed for batter like pakodi consistency.

    Now heat tava and put oil for frying chilla

    Put 1 spoon batter and flatten it with help of round spoon or a katori

    Roast it from both sides

    Spread cheese on it.

    Serve hot with Tomato ketchup or green chutney.
