Take soaked moong dal and put in grinder

Add ginger, chilli and garlic in it and make a smooth paste.

Add onion, chilli and salt in it

Add water in it if needed for batter like pakodi consistency.

Now heat tava and put oil for frying chilla
- 6
Put 1 spoon batter and flatten it with help of round spoon or a katori
- 7
Roast it from both sides

Spread cheese on it.

Serve hot with Tomato ketchup or green chutney.
