Ingredients

  1. Oreo Crust
  2. 200 goreo cookies
  3. 60 g/ 4 tbs melted unsalted butter
  4. Dark chocolate mouse
  5. 150 gdark chocolate
  6. 120 g (1/2 cup)whipping cream
  7. 160 g (2/3 cup)chilled thick cream
  8. 4 g (1 tbs)unflavored gelatine powder
  9. 20 ml (1 tbs)+1tsp) cold water
  10. Milk Chocolate Mousse
  11. 150 gMilk chocolate
  12. 120 g (1/2 cup)whipping cream
  13. 160 g (2/3 cup)chilled thick cream
  14. 4 g (1 tbs)unflavored gelatine powder
  15. 20 ml (1 tbs)+1tsp) cold water
  16. White Chocolate Mousse
  17. 150 gWhite chocolate
  18. 120 g (1/2 cup)whipping cream
  19. 160 g (2/3 cup)chilled thick cream
  20. 4 g (1 tbs)unflavored gelatine powder
  21. 20 ml (1 tbs)+1tsp) cold water

Steps

    Add melted butter and again process till soft and evenly moistened.

  3. 3

    Take mold grease with melted butter and place all mixture into it.

  4. 4

    Press the mixture evenely by using back of spoon to make 1st layer of cake.

    Refrigerate till dark chocolate mousse is prepared.

  6. 6

    For dark chocolate mousse: take a saucepan add water and warm it after that simmer it.

  7. 7

    Take heat proof bowl add chopped dark chocolate in it.

  8. 8

    Then add whipping cream and put this bowl on simmer water sauce pan.

  9. 9

    Over low heat chocolate melted and combined with cream. use spoon to mix.

    Meanwhile combine gelatine and cold water in separate bowl mix it disolve it. set aside for 5 to 10 minutes to swell.

    Put this gelatine solution bowl over simmer heated saucepan with water so that it dissolve all

    Then pour it on the molten chocolate mixture and mix it with spoon. set aside to cool at room temperature.

    Take 2/3 cup(160g) chilled and thick cream whipped it and then pour melted chocolate mixture over it, mix well so that both combine.

    Now pour this dark chocolate mousse mixture evenly over crust and make 2nd layer of cake.

    Put this into refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes ultil make next layer that is milk chocolate mousse layer and then after that white chocolate mousse layer.

    For milk chocolate mousse layer and white chocolate mousse layer repeat same procedure step by step as did above for dark chocolate mousse layer.

    For each layer refrigerate 15 to 20 mintues so that it settled down completely.

    Refrigerate the cake for 4 to 5 hours or overnight to set.

    At the end remove from the mold.
    decorate as u like.
