Steps

Mix all the ingredients of dough and make a dough like of puri and keep it aside for 10 -15 min.

For filling:- melt dark chocolate and then add crushed marie biscuit and roasted nuts and mix well.

Take a portion of the dough and make small puri from it then apply water on the sides and place filling in the middle of the puris and seal one portion of puri with other.

Take a fork and make design of gujiya on the corners and deep fry them. (Oil should not be too hot, deep fry them in medium flame like of kachori).

Garnish it with granulated sugar and chocolate syrup.
