Kala Kand, is a traditional sweet dish, made mostly in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Steps

Take a pan, and heat it on a low flame, then pour milk in it. And boil that milk till it's half consistency. Then add paneer and sugar, and boil it on a low flame until it gets thick.

Add cardamom powder when it's gets thick and transfer it on a oil greased plate, and garnish it with nuts.

When it gets cool down cut it into squares from knife.
