Keto-Friendly Finger Lickin' Chicken

My husband started a ketone diet recently, leaving me to figure out how to change our meals accordingly. I realized that although I could no longer include sugar or carbs, I could include BACON! Yum! So I made this little creation. It is scrumptious and filling, and it is now a regular in our meal rotation!

My husband started a ketone diet recently, leaving me to figure out how to change our meals accordingly. I realized that although I could no longer include sugar or carbs, I could include BACON! Yum! So I made this little creation. It is scrumptious and filling, and it is now a regular in our meal rotation!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2
Line a pan with tin foil and line with tenders. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3
Slice enough brie to cover each chicken strip, and then wrap each strip with 2 strips of bacon (I used precooked bacon which worked perfectly and came out nice and crispy; if using raw bacon, I would recommend cooking it halfway before wrapping it around the chicken).
- 4
Cook brie and bacon wrapped tenders in preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until cooked through. If desired, you can put under the broiler for a minute or two just to make sure the bacon is nice and crispy.
- 5
Serve with fresh veggies and dive in!

This is so good, and it is keto friendly. Although I don't know where you can find a dish like this. You can make it into a casserole in a bigger pan if you like! I would recommend to follow instructions excactly, or it could get messy. Rachel -

Keto Chicken Malai kebab Keto Chicken Malai kebab
#losingweightWhat is Keto?Basically put the Ketogenic diet is extraordinarily a high-fat and a very low-carb diet. The carbs have to be limited to only 20-50 per day. The keto diet lowers blood sugar and insulin levels and swings the body’s metabolism away from the carbs to the fat and ketones. What is Malai Kebab?Simply put, Malai Kebab is tender chunks of chicken smothered in creamy textures of dahi or yoghurt, cheese, cream along with spices and a liberal squeeze of tangy lime. Malai kabab is very popular in India and is a legacy of the Mughal Era. It is conventionally small cuts of boneless marinated chicken stringed on skewers and roasted on the charcoal heat. Now that there are no tandoors, it is grilled in ovens or pan fried. It is traditionally eaten with green coriander and mint chutney served with onion rings and lemon wedges.Compared to most Indian recipes, it is less spicy. Kids will love the mild flavours and I am waiting to cook it for my grandson when he is here. This recipe is very easy to make and you can marinate the chicken and put it in the fridge in advance. It is a delicious creamy and cheesy kebabWhen it comes to any kebabs I prefer the leg and thigh meat. Chicken breast tends to dry out while this is succulent and delicious. While I cooked these in the oven, you can grill them in the pan if you do not have an oven.Keto Malai KebabsNutrition Info (Per serving)Calories: 290Net Carbs: 1gCarbs: 1gFat: 18gProtein: 29gFiber: 0g Harjeet Kaur -
Low Carb Chicken Avocado Cucumber Boats (Keto friendly) Low Carb Chicken Avocado Cucumber Boats (Keto friendly)
Just something I threw together as a snack idea with stuff I had on hand. I foolishly thought I'd put my halves together to eat like a sandwich. Yeah, all my filling wanted to squish out, so not a good idea. I took it back apart. Definitely eat boat style or portioned out onto slices. Lol.One cucumber can serve 2 people. Also, depending on how much filling you put in your cucumber you could potentially fill a second cuke. Hope you enjoy this tasty low carb treat! StephieCanCook
