Steps

Take a bowl pour garam flour in it add water and mix well.. The consistency must be flowing.. Keep it aside for 10 mints.. After 10 mints divide it in two parts add few drops of red colour in one n yellow in other (you can also add green colour in the third if you want)..

Now heat ghee in a pan to fry.. Take a jhariya(with which we fry Puri).. Pour the batter in the jhariya so that small small bundi can form.. Just fry it few seconds we need not to change it colour.. Now pour them on kitchen towel.. In the same way prepare all the bundis..

Now we will prepare the sugar syrup.. take a pan add water and sugar mix it till the sugar is fully dissolved.. We need to cook it for 3-4 mints after that.. it should be little less than one string consistency.. Now pour all the bundis in the sugar syrup and mix well. Keep them for 4-5 hrs so that the bundis can absorb all the Sugar.. Mix it in between.. Our sweet sweet bundi is ready..
