Lapsi is a healthy dish, I make it interesting by cooking it with vegetables which comes out to be a mouthwatering and a tasty dish.

Lapsi is a healthy dish, I make it interesting by cooking it with vegetables which comes out to be a mouthwatering and a tasty dish.
Steps

Dry roast the lapsi(dalia)for 3 minutes in low flame. Then in a pressure cooker heat ghee, add mustard seeds, urad dal, chaana dal, green chilli, cook for 1/2 minute, add onion, ginger, curry leaves, then add all vegetables one by one mix it add salt to taste, add sugar then add coriander leaves cook for 1 minute.

Then add lapsi and 2 1/2 cup water in it, cover the lid, cook for 7 minutes. After 10 minutes open the lid serve hot with sauce.
