Ingredients

  • 1 cupsewiyan(vermacilli)
  • 4,5 tablespoonsghee
  • 1egg
  • 4 tablespoonssugar
  • 1 pinchyellow food clr
  • khoya, almonds n silver paper as u like

Steps

  1. 1

    Recipe... 🙂

    aik cup sawiyon(vermacilli) ko 4,5 tablespoons oil ya ghee mai hlka sa fry kr lain.

  2. 2

    Jb khushbu anay lagay to 1/4 cup pani daal k thora sa cook karay.

  3. 3

    Jb sawiyan thori soft ho jaye to is mai egg n sugar daal k achi trha cook karay, k sugar mix ho jaye or egg ki smell bhi khtm ho jaye.

  4. 4

    Phr ghee n yellow clr bhi add kr dain or cook karay.

  5. 5

    Last mai khoya daal k 5 min tk bht halki heat pe dum pe rkh dain.

  6. 6

    Mazedaar sewiyon ka zarda is ready to serve, enjoy..... 🙂
