#goldenapron.It's a yummy and unique tomato curry which taste super delicious.it is cooked with roasted spices paste.
Steps

Dry roast one by one moongfali,seasame seeds,melon seeds,coconut powder and cashew nuts.

Dry roast cumin seeds and coriander seeds.let it be cool.In a grinder add roasted ingredients add little water.and make a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan.add cumin seeds,red chilli,mustard seeds,nigella seeds and methi daana.saute for few seconds.now add sliced onions.saute till it become pink.add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste.cook for 1-2 min.

Now add prepared paste.mix well.cook for 4-5 min on low flame.add dry spices.mix well.put 3 cup water.cover it and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

Now add tamrind pulp in the gravy.put tomatoes and slit green chilli in the gravy.

Cover it and cook foranother 5 minutes.shahi tomato gravy is ready.garnish with green coriander and cashew nuts.serve with rice or chapati..enjoy
