Ingredients

1 bowlDosa batter
2Chopped onions
1Chopped tomatoes
4 o 5Chopped green chillies
1 tsp eachMixed spices (turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala)
to tasteSalt
2 tbspOil

Take dosa batter.

Chop the onions and tomatoes

On a tawa, take some oil and put some batter to make Uthappa and add onions and tomatoes and all the spices and some oil.

Flip it over for another side and enjoy with coconut chutney.
