Mumbai's famous street food masala pav. Quick and easy to prepare with a twist to serve it in a bite size. A good option to carry while traveling, for kids tiffin or even as a snack.

Mumbai's famous street food masala pav. Quick and easy to prepare with a twist to serve it in a bite size. A good option to carry while traveling, for kids tiffin or even as a snack.
Steps

In a pan heat 2 Tbsp butter. Add pav chunks and cook till crisp. This might take approx. 4-6 minutes. Stir in between to prevent sticking to the bottom.

Heat oil and remaining butter. Add finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies.

Add finely chopped coriander. Saute for about 2 mins.

Add finely chopped onions and cook till translucent.

Add finely chopped tomato and capsicum. Cover and cook for 4- 5 mins.

Add tomato puree. Mix well. Cook till oil starts to leave sides.

Add salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala. Mix well.

Add water as required. Cook till it starts to boil, and all spices comes together.

Add roasted pav chunks. Mix well.

Add coriander leaves. Serve hot.
