  2. 2large tomatoes
  3. 2large onions
  4. 3red chillies
  5. Salt
  6. 100 mlwater

    Remove cover from tamarind and soak in water for 30mins

  2. 2

    In a bowl grate the onions

    Grate tomatoes

    Chop the chillies and add plus salt

  5. 5

    Sieve the tamarind water and add it in and mix well
