Wash the chicken well, then place it in a strainer to drain the water. Cut it into cubes. Prepare the marinade by mixing the tomato paste, vinegar, oil, spices, and garlic in a bowl. Add the chicken pieces, mix well, and leave them in the refrigerator for four hours or overnight.

The next day, skewer the chicken pieces.

Grill them over charcoal and serve with mayonnaise, coleslaw, and French fries.
