Ingredients

  • 1 cupbasmati rice
  • 1/2 cuparhar daal
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonJeera powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonhaldi powder
  • 1 tablespoonsalt
  • 1/2 cupchopped onions
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoonJeera
  • 1bay leaves
  • 1 1/2 tspOil
  • 1/2 teaspoonchat masala

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take two bowl pour rice and arhar daal separately then, take a pressure cooker.

  2. 2

    Then keep on the gas flame, heat them, then insert oil, then Jeera and bay leaves, after three minutes put chopped green chilli and onion.

  3. 3

    Then mix well then put fresh peas and add all dry spices.

  4. 4

    After then add soaked rice and arhar daal, mix well and half of pressure cooker put water.

  5. 5

    Then close the lid, and whitshel is upto 5-6.

  6. 6

    Then, when pressure is fully released, keep out this masala khichdi, garnish with tomato skin Rose and serve with onion salad, chopped green chilli and chat masalas.
