Ingredients

  • 2 kgmilk
  • 5 tablespoonsrice (wash and soak half hour)
  • 2ilaichi
  • 250 ggajer(carrots) 🥕 grated
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 5 table spoonMilk powder
  • 1 cupFresh milk cream
  • 2 tablespoonsCoconut flakes
  • Badam pista for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Rice cook with water and ilaichi when rice becomes soft add carrots 🥕 and cook.

  2. 2

    Add milk and cook until rice and carrots 🥕 mix together

  3. 3

    Add sugar milk powder coconut and badam pistachio and cook until gajrela becomes thick remove ilaichi add fresh cream mix it.

  4. 4

    Ready to serve.
