Boil milk till it gets thick and turns to half litre and keep stirring it.

Now turn off gas and add 1/4cup sugar and cardamom powder and mix it.

Take a separate bowl and add 1/4 tbsp sugar and turn on the flame and keep stirring it till it gets completely melted than turn off the gas.

Now mix this melted sugar in thick milk and mix it properly.

Now add it in mud kulhad,milk should not be extremely hot or extremely cold.

Now add 2tbsp curd on top of it and mix it well.

Now add chopped almonds and pistachios over it.

Now cover the mud kulhad and keep it in a warm place.

The misti doi will curdle in 10-12hours.

Now keep it in refrigerator for an hour.

Now your tasty Misti Doi is ready to eat.
