This is simple flavored idali made from leftover idali.
Steps

Take idali and semi crush with hand.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds, let it crackle, then add cumin seeds and asfoitida.

Then add chopped chilli, ginger paste and sesame seeds. Mix well and saute for a while. (20-30 sec)

Add idali churma and add turmeric powder, salt to taste and sugar. Mix well and transfer into bowl.

Serve hot to ur brunch, evening snack or kids tiffin, or morning breakfast.
