5 cupswater
5 cupsstock or bone broth
1 Tbscumin
1 Tbsgingee/garlic paste
1 tspcinnamon
5saffron strands
1 cuprice ir barley
2 cupsred kidney beans

Lastly add soaked red beans

Bring to the boil and simmer covered for 45mins stiring occasionally
