Sieve flour and add with yeast, butter,water, sugar,milk,egg, salt in a bowl and mix with the warm water to make a dough.

Knead the dough until soft then cut and mould, allow it to rise on a tray.

Make a hole in the middle of the dough, Add oil on a pan and drop the dough in the hot oil, let it to fry until golden brown.
