Ingredients

  1. 300 glean beef steak, thinly sliced
  2. 4 medium French bread rolls, split and toasted
  3. 120 glight cheddar cheese, sliced
  4. 2 onions, sliced
  5. 1 green bell peppers, sliced
  6. 1/2 tablespoonsalt
  7. 1/2 tablespoonpepper, ground
  8. 1/2 tablespoonpaprika

  1. 1

    In a non-stick skillet put the onions and peppers over low heat. Stir frequently until they are soft. Remove from heat and leave aside. You can add some water in case they stick to the pan.

    Season the steak with salt, ground pepper and paprika then cook in the same skillet; add some water if needed. Stir till the meat is done then mix in the onions and pepper.

  3. 3

    Remove the meat mix from heat and divide into 4 portions. Place each portion on the bottom part of the bread roll and top with one layer of cheese slices. Broil the sandwiches in a preheated oven till the cheese melts.

    Take out of the oven, cover with the other half of the sandwich and serve warm.
