  1. 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into thin strips
  2. 200 ggrated crab, shredded, or the equivalent of 12 crab sticks
  3. 1 cupcorn, drained
  4. 15 fresh mushroom, sliced
  5. 1 small orange, cut into thin slices
  6. 1 small avocado, cut into thin wedges
  7. Dressing:
  8. 1 tablespoonmustard
  9. 4 tablespoonslight mayonnaise
  10. 2 tablespoonsketchup

    To prepare the dressing, mix the mustard with the ketchup and the light mayonnaise. Keep aside.

  2. 2

    In a salad bowl, mix the iceberg lettuce, corn, mushrooms and shredded crab. Add the dressing and mix well.

    Layer the avocados on one side of the bowl and the orange slices on the other side.

  4. 4

    Serve immediately.
