  1. 3 medium baguette, opened
  2. 300 ggrated crab, shredded- around 12 sticks
  3. 1/2 small avocado, cut into slices
  4. 4 lettuce leaves, cut into thin slices
  5. 1/2 cupfresh mushroom, cut into thin slices
  6. 1/4 lemon, peeled and cut into small pieces
  7. 2 tablespoonslight mayonnaise
  8. 1 teaspoonmustard
  9. 1 tablespoonketchup
  10. 1/2 teaspoondried oregano, (optional)

    To prepare the sauce, mix the light mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup and dried oregano until the mixture is smooth. Keep aside.

  2. 2

    To make each sandwich, spread one third of the sauce on the bread. Layer on it one third of the shredded crabsticks and 1/2 of the avocado slices.

  3. 3

    Then spread one third of the lemon pieces, mushroom slices, and lettuce inside each sandwich.

  4. 4

    Close the sandwiches and serve immediately.
