Cut the onion in half. Mince one half and slice the other into 4 slices.

In a bowl, put the minced onion with the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt and pepper and combine well with your hands then divide into 4 patties.

Slightly brush the patties with oil and grill for 10 minutes then flip them over to cook the other side.

Form a sauce by mixing the ketchup and light mayonnaise in a bowl.

In the meantime, cut the hamburger buns open and grill until toasted. Spread some sauce on the top part of each bun.

Take the bottom part of the hamburger bun and place one onion slice on it, followed by a lettuce leaf, some tomato slices, and one grilled meat patty then cover with the top half of the bun.

Repeat for the other buns.
