  1. 3 1/2 cupstomato sauce
  2. 2 large cloves, or majarom
  3. 1/2 teaspoondried oregano
  4. 3 fresh basil leaves
  5. 1 bay leaf
  6. ground black pepper to taste
  7. oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a large saucepan, fry the garlic in oil until they become tender.

    Mix in the tomato puree and stir until the mixture becomes smooth.

  3. 3

    Add in the oregano, basil leaves and bay leaf. Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes and stir occasionally.
