Ingredients

  1. 150 gfresh mushrooms
  2. 1 tablespooncapers
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 1 medium onion
  5. 1/2 teaspooncumin
  6. salt and pepper to taste
  7. sunflower oil , a little

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and slice the onion (thin).

  2. 2

    Fry the sliced onion in a little hot oil.

  3. 3

    When the onion starts turning brown add the diced mushrooms and cook for 5 min.

  4. 4

    Scramble the eggs, the capers and the seasoning. Add the mixture to the frying pan.

    Cook over medium heat until the eggs are no longer runny.

I'm the kind of individual that fantasizes about becoming a great cook but doesn't actually get it right every time... I must say I don't get to practice my cooking as often as I wish to. Favorite things to cook: I love cooking stews. Lebanese ones. Once you become acquainted with rice recipes, the rest flows. And I haven't screwed up yet!
