A sharp-tasting omelet. A bit sour..yummy, and very easy to prepare.

A sharp-tasting omelet. A bit sour..yummy, and very easy to prepare.
Cooking Instructions

Peel and slice the onion (thin).
- 2
Fry the sliced onion in a little hot oil.
- 3
When the onion starts turning brown add the diced mushrooms and cook for 5 min.
- 4
Scramble the eggs, the capers and the seasoning. Add the mixture to the frying pan.
- 5
Cook over medium heat until the eggs are no longer runny.
