Marinate the lamb cubes with olive oil, onion, garlic and saffron then grill them with tomatoes & enjoy!

To prepare the marinade, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Place the meat in the marinade, making sure all the pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The longer you marinate the meat the better the taste.

Slide the meat pieces onto skewers, and the tomatoes onto a separate skewer.

Heat up the grill, and place the meat and tomato skewers on it. Flip skewers every 2-3 mins to cook on all sides according to taste.

Serve with rice or bread
