  1. 2 wheat bread, rolls
  2. 170 gtuna in oil, equivalent to 1 can
  3. 4 tablespoonschilli mayonnaise, preferably Mazola
  4. 2 tablespoonscorn
  5. 4 pickles, sliced lenghtwise
  6. 2 lettuce leaves
  7. 2 tablespoonslemon juice

    Cut the bread rolls and fill each one of them with half of the tuna.

    Spread 1 tablespoon of lemon juice on the tuna in each roll.

  3. 3

    Press the bread rolls in the sandwich toaster for 2 minutes or until bread rolls are brown (Don't over-toast them, they would be hard to handle).

    Re-open each roll, squeeze in mayonnaise, spread sweet corn, arrange pickles and finally put the lettuce on top.

    Fold bread roll and serve.

Yummy, simple but delicious. Try adding a dash of paprika, and some sweet pickle relish (Heinz is the best), and a small spoon of miced capers. Gives it a lovely taste!
