Ingredients

  • 4large carrots
  • 1 cuprice
  • 1/2 cuponions
  • 3garlic cloves
  • 3scotch bonnet
  • Water
  • Maggi seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/2ground coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel 3 carrots and grate. Per boil rice

  2. 2

    In a pot sauté onions and garlic

  3. 3

    Add scotch bonnet and saute. Then add in water

  4. 4

    Pour your seasoning and spices and allow to boil

  5. 5

    Add in grater carrots and rice. Mix everything together and let it cook

  6. 6

    Grate the remaining carrots and pour into rice and allow it for 3 to 5 mins. Serve hot

  7. 7

    You can add what ever you wish chicken, gizzard etc
