Ingredients

  1. INGREDIENTS For 24 Cookies
  2. 60 gButter(Salted)
  3. 60 gSugar
  4. 25 gMilk
  5. 3 gTea Leaves (about 1 Tea Bag)
  6. 125 gFlour

Steps

    Operation Time / 25 min Oven Temperature / 350F Baking Time / 10 - 15 min

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 350F and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.

  3. 3

    Sift the flour into a medium mixing bowl. Add the tea leaves to the mixing bowl and whisk well. Set aside until use.

  4. 4

    Cream the butter and sugar.

  5. 5

    Add the milk to the butter mixture and whisk well.

  6. 6

    Add the dry mixture to the butter mixture and use a rubber spatula to mix well. Keep in the fridge for 3 hours or until solid.

  7. 7

    Place the mixture on a lightly floured surface. Roll out the dough to about 3mm thickness. Cut out the cookie shapes with a round cookie cutter and place on a clean table.

  8. 8

    Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until the tops are lightly browned. Remove from oven and place on a wire rack.
