Wash and blanch spinach leaves.when cool make a fine paste.dont over cook or spinach will loose it's lush green beautiful colour

Cut tomatoes and make puree adding green chilli

Heat ghee or butter.add cumin seeds.when crack les add cloves, cardamom, tej patta,and tomato puree.add ginger padte,salt, coriander powder and cook till ghee is released by masala.

Now add palak paste and mix nicely.cook fr 3 to 4 min and add paneer pieces and half of corn.Add salt accordingly.cook fr 4 to 5 min and off the flame.add roasted meera and give a good mix.

Serve hot with rice or naan, parathe as per choice to ur guests
