Sieve the flour and add salt in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast till milky color. Add sugar in the dissolved

Rub the flour and butter till like breadcrumbs.
Make a well in the center of the flour and add the
dissolved yeast and diluted sugar at the center of the
flour. Add the beaten egg and other mixture mix very
well and knead to be plastic texture and smooth. - 3
Cover and keep under sun or in warm place for 1 hour

Cut
to shape and mould and allow to prove. - 5
Deep fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
