Mexican turkey and chips
This is a recipe my husband and I made together when we were first married and we’ll keep on making it.
Cooking Instructions

On medium high heat, cook ground turkey. Drain excess liquid. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.

While turkey is cooking, cook white rice per instructions.

After turkey is cooked, add chopped Roma tomatoes, jalapeños, corn, drained black beans, cilantro, cooked rice, and juice of lime.

Let it cook on low for 5-10 minutes.

Serve with chips and other toppings like cheese, guacamole
