Egg rice

This is a creative way to use leftover rice, fun for the kids and filling. My kids love eggs in everything, they'd put them in smoothies or drink with water if they could.

Hot Dog & Bacon Fried Rice Hot Dog & Bacon Fried Rice
One of those makedowithwhatchagot meals (and pretty stinkin' tasty if I do say so myself!). ;)Slightly dry rice makes better fried rice, so you can either use some leftover rice from another day (or from takeout), or if you're going to make fresh rice, just use slightly less water than usual and spread it out on a sheet pan to let it cool while you're prepping your ingredients. x -

To save even more time you can use frozen green beans. Just place them in a jug, pour boiling water over them whist you complete steps 1-3, then cut them with kitchen scissors whilst they are in the jug (careful with the hot water), before adding to the pan. AndyB77 -
Easy Heart-Shaped Rice Omelette Made In A Rice Cooker Easy Heart-Shaped Rice Omelette Made In A Rice Cooker
This rice omelette is easy to make but filled with love. There's no need to stir fry the rice, but it still tastes like it's all been sautéed together. If you add the seasoning ingredients to the rice at the very start, it won't absorb as much moisture as it should, so add them after the rice has soaked enough in water. The bell peppers will discolor if you add them early, so mix them in after the rice is cooked when it's entered the keep-warm stage. For the thin omelette (usuyaki tamago), please refer to the tips in. For 2 servings. Recipe by vegeful cookpad.japan -
Easy Ohagi Rice Cakes (Mochi) using Leftover Rice Easy Ohagi Rice Cakes (Mochi) using Leftover Rice
I used to always toss out leftover rice, so I thought of a way to use it.In Step 2, I wrapped a rolling pin in plastic wrap, then crushed the rice grains. In Step 6, if you wear plastic gloves, your hands will not get sticky. If you store them in the refrigerator, microwave for a minute at 500W for a delicious texture akin to sesame dumplings. Consume the same day. Recipe by xlyumilx cookpad.japan -

Baked Curry Rice with Eggs Baked Curry Rice with Eggs
If you have leftover curry, you must have leftover fukujinzuke too.I was wondering why people don't add leftover fukujinzuke into the baked leftover curry rice.Mix the rice with curry and pour the curry on top too!Because I use plenty of curry sauce, this baked curry is tasty. I make a curry because I want to eat this!I don't use potatoes for this dish because I don't like the mashed texture.I don't like soft egg white so I microwave the egg first. I don't heat the eggs until they explode but if you are worried, poke a small hole in the egg yolks with a toothpick. If you don't mind raw eggs, break the eggs directly onto the curry sauce.
