Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 1 cuprice soaked in water for 1/2 hr
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1 ltrmilk
  4. as neededDry fruits almonds pistachios cashewnuts
  5. 10-12Saffron leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a pan boiled the rice put 1tsp ghee and then mix milk in it and boil it when milk becomes half

  2. 2

    Then add sugar

  3. 3

    When rice mix in it then we switch off the flame then add the kesar and dry fruits

  4. 4

    Then serve it and decorate with dry fruits and with saffron leaves
