Steps

First we soak moong daal overnight or 5 hours.

Then we grind into mixture without water.

Add all other ingredients and mix it as well.

Now we put nonstick tawa on the gas.

Spread mixture into tawa and cook both sides until light brown on the medium flame.

Now serve hot chilla with bread and tomato sauce. Thanks.
