Ingredients

10 to 15mns

4 servings

2 cupsago
Soaked for 2hrs and drain all water and patt in a dry towel
1 cupboiled potato (Mashed well)
1big size onion finely chopped
4 spooncurd
1 spoonchopped green chilli
1 tsp jeera
to tasteSalt ,red chilli powder
as neededOil for deep frying

In a mixing bowl add sahi,mashed patato,and all ingredients well

Make small size vada out of them and deep fry till golden brown

Serve hot with katchup or chutney
