Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4fresh Tuna Steaks diced
  2. Juice of 1 lime
  3. 1Spanish onion diced
  4. 1large Tomato diced
  5. 1 bunchfresh Corriander chopped
  6. 1fresh coconut milk or 1 can coconut cream
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the fish for 3 hours in the lime juice

  2. 2

    Chop and add the tomato onion and corriander to the bowl of tuna and lime juice

  3. 3

    Add the coconut milk or cream and serve from a shared bowl. Add salt to taste.
