2big tomato
1/2 kgbrinjal
1 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspCoriander powder
1/2 tspGaram masala
to tasteSalt
As requiredRefined oil

Peel off the brinjal and in a pressure cooker boil it.

In a pan add some refined oil, then add garlic,onion, saute till brown.

Add tomato then add all masale salt, red chilli, turmeric, coriander etc.

Add boiled brinjal and mix well.
