Steps

Take all the millets together.
Dry roast them in a dry pan.
Wash once. Then cook then in boiling water until they are soft.
To this add Jaggery,Once the Jaggery. Melts completely chilli it.
Then cool and make a smooth paste of this in food processor. - 2
To the cooled smooth paste add fresh cream and condensed milk.
Mix them well and transfer to a ice cream tray or any air tight container.
Freeze it overnight.The next day scoop them and serve.
The most amazing flavor is waiting yet to be tasted.
