  • Par boiled rice
  • Red pepper, tomatoes,scotch bonnet,onions
  • Nutmeg
  • Oil
  • Seasonings
  • Plantain
  • Garlic

  1. 1

    After you perboiled your rice wash it and place it back in a pot on fire with little water to cook until well done

  2. 2

    Wash and grind your red pepper, scotch bonnet,onions, tomatoes,and 1 nut meg and garlic

  3. 3

    Place a pot on fire and oil for the stew put the grinded kayan Miya,add seasonings stir dcover.allow to cook for 20 mints then add tha already fried fish and stir taste it if their is need for salt o additional seasonings

  4. 4

    Place a pan on fire and oil, Peel the plantain add little salt to it and fry in oil

  5. 5

    Serve
