Ingredients

  • 1 kgChicken
  • 1 kgTomato
  • 10Whole green chilli
  • 1 cupOil
  • 3 tbspginger paste
  • 3 tspcrushed dhaniya
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 2 tspCrushed red chilli
  • 1 tspCrushed black pepper
  • 1 tspAll spices powder
  • 2 tbspKasuri methi

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil, add chicken, chopped ginger garlic, 5 green chillies and fry for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Then add sliced tomatoes and cook on high flame till the moisture almost dries.

  3. 3

    Now add all the spices and green chillies and cook for 10 more minutes. Garnish with dhanya and ginger
